Book of Remembrance and Holocaust Memorial Remembrance Form

Book of Remembrance

There are many ways to remember our departed loved ones. Listing names in the Book of Remembrance is a meaningful way to remember special people at special times in the year. In addition to family members, many people also choose to remember CSAIR members and friends who passed away

Please enter the names you would like listed. Click here to see the PDF of the Book of Remembrance from last year.

This year we are also encouraging people to include a picture or a sentence in remembrance of their loved ones. Please email them to Josh Gordon by clicking here.

CSAIR Holocaust Remembrance

Many years ago, plaques were installed in the CSAIR Holocaust Memorial Garden to honor the memory of loved ones related to CSAIR congregants who lost their lives in the Holocaust, to honor the memory of 1.5 million Jewish children and to remember the Righteous Gentiles who saved Jews. Several years ago, when the Phil and Bette Baum Library was built, the Memorial Garden was re-designed and the plaques were removed because they had deteriorated over the years.

We have a plan to re-install the names on the windows of the Baum Library overlooking the Memorial Garden and to incorporate additional names of loved ones to be remembered. If there are persons that you would like to have memorialized, please add their names in the text box below, exactly as you would wish them to appear. The names on the windows will be printed yearly in the CSAIR Book of Remembrance. May their memory be for a blessing.
