In the recent past, we have had to manage a broken boiler, a failing air-conditioning system, flooding, and increased security. Ensuring our safety during COVID has also been a new priority. This fund will serve as a vital cushion to ensure we can continue to serve you and the rest of the community now and when these anticipated, but unexpected, demands arise.
